"I had to wait for more than half an hour standing in front of the door to receive the door code which supposed to be sent one day before check in. Communication with the company was really bad. I found only one toilet paper roll and the other on was empty. And no one came to clean the room the whole week."

"This hotel has been providing excellent service for 20 years that I know of. Its not fancy, its classy and understated. The restaurant downstairs has fantastic food and a comfortable classy ambiance. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large, and the outside balcony off the room is a delight during good weather. I will stay here again when in Vechta horse shopping. "
