"Like the security for the rooms, the facilities and being able to put an evening meal together rather than paying to eat out. Also as i currently work in Newark it's very handy for that. Not to be put off but it's also very handy for shopping, eating and drinking also both the train stations ate within walking distance with Castle Station closer than Northgate. No doubt i'll be sraying again soon."

"Reception staff on arrival were excellent, allowing us to book in early. The room was very good; spacious and clean with everything working. After the crematorium service for our friend, the wake was held at BH. There were a lot of people at the wake but the BH staff looked after everyone very well and the food was wonderful. The hotel could do with a refurb and upgrading but it all in all, we couldn’t complain about the service provided by the staff.
