"Rooms were out dated ( dark and gloomy) . Pricey breakfast. Staff great with reliable shuttle service."

"Room was on 32nd floor and beautiful with a big window. Bed and furniture very comfortable, shower and bath a delight. Wifi free and adequate. The breakfast was the only part of the stay we found overpriced. A free small continental breakfast would have been a nice gesture."

"I arrived late and left early for a morning flight, so I barely got to experience the hotel. But the room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. What really stood out was the staff. Since I had to leave before breakfast started, they handed me a breakfast bag and let me grab a free cup of tea without hesitation. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful, courteous and full of energy at an ungodly hour, helped with my heavy luggage and pointed me in the right direction. Small gestures, big impression. "The hotel was very nice and cozy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that it had a microwave in our room. The only reason I gave it a 4 had nothing to do with the hotel. It was just unfortunate that the area was a little sketchy so just avoid walking on 3rd street and you’ll have a great time"
