"Waited at the desk for over 10 mins before being acknowledged. The smell of cat urine in the air. Hole in bathroom by the shower. The sheets looked cleaned but definitely not the other bed covers. Went and purchased Lysol and wet wipes and cleaned the room. Tried finding something different nothing available. Slept 4 hours and left."

"In the middle of know where & deserves the best ratings you could give for there absolute cleanliness and superior service. The amenities are clean and efficient. You'd need to stay here to see the neatness and the order that this hotel has. Beautiful and every railroad enthusiasts dream of a peaceful sleep 😴"

"Hotel was overbooked and we were left with no options. Front desk clerk was not helpful and rude. There were signs that "no refunds would be given", hotel refused to give us our money back. We had to open a case with hotels.com to initiate a refund. Hotel even tried to lie and claimed we did not show up for our reservation. Will never stay there again."

"Well, I guess you get what you pay for. This place was filthy and poorly maintained. But, they had availability and I needed a place to crash, so I'm grateful for that, but it's certainly not America's Best."
