The room was nice and clean, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. I told them about the noisy AC and there was somebody up to our room in minutes. They changed it out which made a huge difference. I also let them know that the body soap in the shower was empty and they brought another bottle. We tried to explain what we wanted as far as in room coffee and to change the bottle out in the shower but the maids did not understand what we were wanting. That's the only downfall...

I loved my stay, staff was nice, property and surrounding area was nice, only thing is I was on the second floor and the people above me were incredibly loud.. other than that the hotel Itself was great, and the breakfast was also great!!!

this is just a fun place to stay. Lots of character, great staff, walkable area. I've been here several times and come back when I'm stopping in Wichita.

We were in Wichita, Kansas and had a great experience at the Drury Hotel. When we were checking in at 10:30pm, the fire alarm was set off. I want to give a shout out to Alena. I do not know her last name, but she was the only person at the desk that night. She was so calm, professional, and efficient. It was a stressful situation, and there were some other occupants there who were very irritated and quite ugly to her. She handled it all with such grace! The Drury was a nice place, but...

Needed a good cheap place to stay for the night and found it!

This place was amazing from start to finish. The owner and staff takes care of great pride in maintaining a respectful property. They really care about doing things right. The property was clean, tidy and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast tasted amazing anf were more than fair priced. If you want a relaxing stay where you can really disconnect and enjoy a slow pace-this is it. We will be coming back for certain!

We checked into a different hotel that was awful! We were booked for 4 nights, but left after the first (and only stayed that night because we arrived after 8pm and had young children with us). We were scrambling to find a new hotel and contacted the Fairfield Inn. They were extremely accommodating from the start and even went above and beyond to have a room ready for us to check into at 9am because we had three young kids. Once there, the room, staff, and overall hotel were amazing! ...

The place is nice - we only had one complaint that we were in the second floor and could hear everything above us as far as foot traffic. But the staff was so friendly - the lady who worked the breakfast bar was so sweet, helpful, and very accommodating I don’t now how she did it all and still had a smile on her face. The proximity to the attractions was great, the staff were lovely, and breakfast slapped. Should I ever revisit Wichita, this would definitely be a contender in searching for places to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Wichita Marriott. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and I have no complaints in regards to the room. My only criticism is the elevators. There is only 3 elevators, and there is many many guests staying at this hotel, especially on a weekend. The wait for elevators was pretty long during my stay. The morning of check out, one of the elevators were broken, leaving only 2 elevators for all of the guests. This is my only complaint, but...
