"There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee."

"It's alright for the price. Unfortunately it was graduation weekend the week I booked at this hotel, so this was my only option. Bedsheets were clean and towels were as well. The only thing I will notify future guests about is that the bathtub is very slippery. Be careful stepping out and even being in the shower. I almost slipped twice. Not only that but one of the guests at this hotel during the weekend I stayed did fall out of the bathtub and had an ambulance come and get them. Hotel staff did not do anything to help or provide a better experience after their fall. Which is disappointing. Breakfast options were poor, but it's included with your stay. Could've been better. Elevator was pretty dirty and run down. I lost something at this hotel and I've been trying to call them to get it back but no one likes doing their job to answer the phone. If you have no options else where to stay then this is alright but I don't recommend this place."

"This hotel was so horrible we couldn’t even stay there. The dirtiness, smells, broken furniture were so overwhelming we left after speaking with staff. I wouldn’t ever book there again. "

"Room was ok Had a 2 queen bed room and one of the bed frames made a terrible sound anytime anyone moved or sat on it. Room unfortunately had a smoke smell to it. Breakfast was marginal at best, and the coffee was from an instant machine. We were only there for one night but probably wouldn’t go back."

"The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time."
