"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"Didn't look like much on the outside, but the rooms were clean and modern and the facility felt quite secure. Price was unbeatable and the touchless check-in (video chat in lobby!) was interesting. Would stay there again, no problem!"

"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest."

"The hotel seemed clean and comfortable in a convenient location. The front desk (owner) was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good. The overall property was nice and functionable, but a little outdated."

"Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag."
