Hotels in Freeport

"First, we checked into our room and had to repack to move to another room because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The second room had only a little bit of toilet paper. We were told they were waiting on a toilet paper delivery and there was no more toilet paper anywhere in the facility. We looked for some in the lobby restroom, but there wasn’t any. Finally the lady at the front desk brought a partial roll of paper to our room. On our second day we returned to our room around noon to rest a bit. The door was open and a maintenance man was inside fixing a broken toilet paper holder. (What is it with this place and toilet paper?). We were unable to use the restroom or comfortably rest and were told to come back in an hour or so. We had rented the room for two days! We didn’t ask for the repair and It seems reasonable that any repairs would have been done between guests. When we checked out, I complained about these situations and was offered $12 in snacks, which I refused. The lady at the desk said she would adjust our cost but since we reserved through Expedia she could not. We would have to resolve it through Expedia. What do we need to do to lodge a complaint with Expedia? Thank you for your consideration."

"Know that you have to pay for linens exchange. All cookware has to be paid for as well. Slightly sketchy but good if you need somewhere to sleep while on the road. The staff is not available after a certain time and aren’t available until late morning. Rooms are mostly clean, but bed and bedsheets/comforters are very thin. Almost emergency blanket quality. Ok for the price, but definitely not a frequent stay."

"A hotel I will not visit again! It was under construction. No coffee in the morning and Ng. Restaurant and bar closed. The hot tub had one (1) jet working and temperature of the water was cool! The rooms were clean. The beds had no blanket but a thin duvet lined with cotton balls inside that has been washed hundred times. Not a basic warm blanket. The bathroom was very modern and nice.!The curtains needed to be clean. Lastly I couldn’t get the TV channel selection. So, I gave up! Hope you find this helpful for future clients.!"

"It was filthy and Max from front desk was rude , there was a hair with lice in the restroom. Too expensive for broken down hotel the boilers do not work properly water would get hot then cold then hot again. Terrible experience for the price. "

"The property was absolutely disgusting. By far the worst rooms I have ever seen. The curtains were torn in multiple places, the carpet was stained and so was the bedding. The door handle to the room was falling off and there was about a 2” gap at the bottom of the door. The bathtub looked like a Petri dish and there was a hole in the bathroom door. I immediately checked out and booked a room at a completely different hotel. I’m still working with the property and Expedia to get a refund."
