"Shuttle was very helpful after a canceled flight and re-route, getting in at 11:30 pm. Staff was very helpful. Building was rundown, sink in first room flooded and broke, second room smelled of smoke. Good location, worked for what I needed urgently but would not choose if I had other options."

"Initial issue with card/key not working and faulty battery which t I rned out to be faulty CO2 detector. Management fixed it promptly and was courteous. "

"All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. You’ve done a great job staffing here ! McKenna in the breakfast area, Hannah at the front desk - both top notch! The only concern was the shower curtain in the accessible room. Floor was very wet - a slip hazard for sure in an accessible room. A better solution needs to be found to make that safer for your guests. "

"There are no USB plugs in the rooms - a miss. Your front desk staff was very friendly. Erik in particular - he went above and beyond in trying to find my meds I thought I had left there. Took the mobile to my room, checked the housekeeping carts and then took my contact info in the event they did show up. Very helpful - 10 stars - no notes !"

"The hotel is dirty. They do service every 3 days. The floor was so filthy. I just felt really uncomfortable and was ready to go. And for the price…they are soooo wrong"
