"We really enjoyed this hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the desk space and an accessible place to have our luggage. We appreciated the breakfast being included. Wished there were some healthier options available, perhaps more fruit. Overall they had several options to choose from and we did not go hungry. We appreciated the hot beverage station being available 24/7. It was stocked up and cleaned regularly. Wished the pool was available. That was the only reason I did not rate it 5 stars. However we did appreciate getting a little exercise in the gym that was clean, with functional equipment. Overall the hotel was spotless. The staff were very warm, welcoming and quick to respond to our needs. Our stay was very comfortable. Would be glad to return here."

"I've stayed at alternative properties in Parsons, KS and this is by far the cleanest and best location if you're looking for a restful night's sleep. The reception was welcoming and personable, even remembering my name at check out. Breakfast was hot and well stocked."

"I tried to cancel due to mistakenly booking at a wrong destination. I tried calling and email but only got transferred to some 3 rd party sight that I couldn’t open, phone calls were not answered . Bad experience I was charged for nothing."
