"I love the style of the Graduate. So cool. The middle elevator would not stop on floors 3 or 6 and we were on 6, hauling a bunch of stuff for a birthday party. Inconvenient. We also booked this hotel partly for the restaurant and it literally closed for the foreseeable future the night before we checked in and we weren’t informed. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but not great."

"It was a clean safe place to stay. Only complaint was they were unable to sell us beverages on Saturday night from their little snack center. It was so odd, they were right there and they couldn't even charge them to our room."

"Pros: Clean, updated, and well maintained property Staff were top notch friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Breakfast had a good selection. Cons: If you’re closer to the O street side there is a bit more traffic noise. But if you use something for white noise when you travel that won’t be an issue."

"Breakfast was okay, not great. Room was terrible, like a remodeled parking garage. Asked the front desk for housekeeping and to fix a non working bed lamp.....neither happened. Parking was across the street, $12/night. Certainly not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel, but probably what one expects from a Hampton Inn."

"The room had an overpowering chemical odor that would not dissipate, even with the window open. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The price seemed to be overinflated for average amenities."
