"Good location with a good price. Everything we needed while traveling. We got a suite and the main room was big and the bedroom was good. Mattresses a bit stiff and pillows hard but other than that it was a great experience."

"Room met needs of overnight stay. Shuttle was handy and conveniently took me to correct airport departure site."

"Check in was fine, but our bathroom had ants, the elevator near our room was not workkng and the workout gym had out of order signs as well as TV not working. Spoke to font desk about ants and gym, but they didn’t seem concerned. We have stayed here before and it was a good hotel for the price, but think we will look elsewhere on our next visit."

"This property is gorgeous and had several great restaurants and bars onsite. We ate at the Riverwalk Cantina several times for lunch (buffet that was amazing) and dinner (full service). The servers and chefs were kind and friendly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the pool. For a resort this large and expensive, the outdoor pool seemed to be an afterthought. It was very small and crowded, with no seating available by 12PM. People were strewn about laying on the concrete pooldeck, and you had to be careful not to step on someone. The DJ was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation without moving to the far side of the pool. We ended up laying on the pool deck our towels and stayed for about 3 hours. I specifically stayed here for the pool because it looked so relaxing online. It was anything but that. Very dissapointing. The 4 stars were from the top notch restaurants and the poolside food and drink. "

"The rooms are so outdated I found a roach in my bathroom. They don’t offer breakfast and it smelled like weed throughout the whole hotel. Will never book here again."

"For the cost of the stay, I thought it was phenomenal for what I paid. Everything was very clean and everybody I encountered was extremely accommodating. I stayed here as an alternative to the gaylord convention center for a conference that I had there, because it was more cost-effective, but everything was in very close distance and I had a great stay."
