"GREAT value. Clean, comfortable and easy to work with. I arrived after hours on a Sunday. There was a note on the door of the office/store advising my room number and how to access. Since there was not an attendant when I arrived, I wasn't sure if the pool was a part of my package. After reviewing the ameneties, it appears it is, but the pool had a notice requiring some form of ID and I didn't have anything other than a room key, so I didn't swim. But, for a comfortable lakeside fishing escape, I found this to be everything I needed in great shape."

"The air conditioning was ice cold, breakfast was good like any typical hotel bfast, the room cleaning crew was always ontop of it and there at the same time every day and the staff was wonderful. I will stay here again if I am in town. We were there for 6 nights."

"Good location by the lake. Room was clean and the owner was responsive when we had questions about the area. No cable TV (that we saw), so be prepared to bring entertainment for those quiet nights. Also, hot water was limited. Aside from those couple of items, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we are back in Texas."
