"Would not return hotel not clean issues with Iron, bathroom flooded, and smelled of mold."

"The staff was very nice. There were 2 big black hand prints on the bathroom wall, the head board was screwed on the wall and not very well and you could get cut on the screws . The bathroom door had a big Crack in it and they just buddy it up. The bathroom light over the sink didnt work and it was stained. When the door was shut at night you can see the light come through the sides and bottom, easily."

"The room was clean, however, you could tell someone had smoked in there. The staff at check-in could use some training. We entered with 2 staff at the counter, they were not on the phone, and looked at us as if we were disturbing them. Then both got on phone calls, before speaking to us. And...their music of choice was a little loud, & not very appropriate. The morning staff, was much better, music wasn't as loud, & the station had been changed. Breakfast area was nice, and very accommodating. It was nice to be able to stay/park there and walk through the gate into the Ark Encounter. "

"The king size room was great had fridge and coffee maker, a surprise...needs microwave. The bathroom tub needed replaced because it was messed up around the drain which looks nasty....I'm 76 and love bathes. It was room 309. Otherwise room was great."

"Check in experience was amazing. The couple in front of me had a lot of extra requests such as towels for the pool and extra pillows that she had to leave her station to get for them. She was so apologetic that it took so long to get to me, which it didn’t really but I appreciated her acknowledging it. After I booked this location, I wondered if I would regret being so close to the airport (noise) but I didn’t notice. Loved the clean room, the blackout shade & curtain, the comfy bed, and the large shower!"

"There are no elevators present. There was no hot water in the hotel. We were told there would be hot water in the morning but it was never fixed. If you are paying for a room you think the least you could have is hot water. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. Only ppl available were the ppl on the video kiosk you had to talk through to check in. Will never stay here again."

"The suite was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Very decent price for the size of the room."
