"Not impressed with the breakfast at all. Very disappointed with the balcony. Paid extra for it not knowing the location. Who builds a balcony right above the entry doors? Waste of money."

"Overnight staffer Richard was very helpful and personable when I checked in at 11:00 pm. The property and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Located in a quiet area away from highway with a brewery restaurant across the street and a few other eateries and other businesses as well. Highly recommend."

"Body Oder smell omitting from the bathroom at all times. Was having issues connecting to WiFi, so I tried to call the front desk for help but the phone didn’t work. The first morning we realized there was no coffee machine in the room. The front desk stated corporate had them all removed, but they had one I could take up myself. Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. The room only had 1/4 roll of TP after the room was cleaned in the morning. Asked for more at the front desk. No one brought more. Had to go to the hotel public bathroom to get a roll. None of the hotel employees seemed to be happy to be there. I know where I’m not staying the next time I visit, HERE. **Rumor has it the room still smells, the bathroom is low on TP and the phone still isn’t fixed.**"
