"The staff here is very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was good and the property is in great condition. However, the valet/parking situation is a nightmare. One day we waited just under an hour for our car, 40 minutes the next day. (We texted ahead both times) The convention center is right across the street and on Saturday it was gridlock ans had a heck of a time getting back to the hotel. We would not stay here again due to this issue."
