"The $100 deposit Kind of blew me back especially for someone who stayed before and knew the previous deposit. The deposit was more than what I paid for the room almost. Not a good practice to punish every one for the poor decisions of some don’t know if I’ll be back with the new rates temporary deposit or not."

"Clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Really good biscuits and gravy. Was a good location for us as we were seeing a show at the machine shop. Would definitely come back when in the area."

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "

"This hotel offered airport shuttle and they were not available to take me to the airport because they don’t have it at certain times."

"The room had a very weird unpleasant for like old wet carpet and cig smoke. Breakfast buffet was minimal. Room was extremely dated and needed small repairs. Staff at front desk was helpful and friendly. "
