"Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient on check in and check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom itself was tiny, but the shower was a good size and water pressure was very good. Beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Pillows were small, but there were 4 of them. The small in room refrigerator was nice to store leftovers and keep bottles of drinks cold for the next morning. The breakfast was hot and fresh and very good. A variety of food options were available from hot to cold breakfast items. Attendants kept the area clean and tables open. Real plates and silverware were available instead of paper/foam plates and plasticware. Hot coffee to go was available as well. We will definitely stay here on any future Columbus trips! Highly recommend!!!"

"Clean property, clean room, great hotel. The only problem we had was due to booking through Expedia. I paid extra for reserving a king size bed. When we got to the hotel the king size rooms were booked full and because we booked through third party we didn’t get the room we paid for. The staff was very friendly and explained the situation. Lesson learned on my part."

"Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed the ease of access to ice machine and microwave. One tiny item that could be improved was the condition of the fridge in the room. The temp of the room, while OK most of the time, was not changeable. Would be nice to lower the temp at night. Overall a wonderful place to stay! "
