"Very clean rooms and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. When I had a problem with my room, the lady at the desk was incredibly helpful in switching me to a different room. Nice breakfast as well. Would stay here again."

"They pool needs a good cleaning , not just chlorine tablets throw in it, needs emptied out in a good scrubbing the water looks green"

"Hotel was clean staff allowed kids to run around the lobby all day even at 12:15 am kids where running around while staff stood outside on the phone hot tub wasnt working room wasnt anything special but was clean bathroom was out of body wash and conditioner breakfast was very bland"

"Hotel was great. Clean. Management was very rude. Tried to charge $75 for our dog when website says $50 charge for one dog. The manager tried to argue that Expedia should have updated their website and wanted to argue with me. Then he told us to get our dog out of lobby, even though there was another dog in the lobby. Won’t be staying here again!!!"

"Never received housekeeping. No one knew English. Some of those that did knoe Englidh simply would not.Never bothered to speak. It was never offered on our room. We plaed Charades on towels, cups etc... the complemtsry coffee, tea station were only availsble in the morning. We felt like s burden the entire time. Also, check~8was a nightmare. They couldnt figure out ifnsiness psid for or not. Had to dig throurough my cell to finally check in. Notwhat we were expecting when we paid for suite. "

"Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery."
