"No complaints "

"Room clean except for a dirty laundry cloth in the bathroom on the counter. No quiet time at night. Loud running boys in the hall until midnight. Nothing done to stop them until 12pm. No answer at the front desk when called. Key card stopped working 2 times. Breakfast looked disgusting. Paid $256 for a tiny room that was supposed to be a suite. Overall bad experience. Will not stay again. "

"We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. "

"Room 136 was disgusting dirty - dust , stains , not vacuumed, dirty sticky stuff inside the room ( chair, table, fridge were all sticky and finger prints all over the place ) . The items in the room were very outdated and unstable - the bottom of the bed was coming apart, btw …the beds are twins even though the advertising in some rooms it said “ queen bed”, the lamps were falling apart with holes in them… the entire room was a wreck and a garbage disposal. It stunk like bad piping. The best part about our stay was the path by the lake where you can walk outside on a nice day !"
