"The room we were originally checked into was not clean. The sheets had a lot of hair on them and some smudges. There was trash on the floor of the bathroom and dead insects. The room smelled. They changed us to a cleaner room, which was tolerable, so we stayed. The pillows were lumpy. The communication for getting checked in was difficult."

"This is an updated older motel. Parking is at the door for most rooms. Bedding was excellent. A/C excellent. Blackout drapes excellent. No carpeting so floors were very clean. Dbl queen room had seating for 2. Small fridge with freezer. Coffee in room was excellent. Bathroom had been redone with deep tub/shower combo. Makes for a nice soaking bath. Side of tub was knee high so could be a hindrance for older guests. Bathroom extremely small with standing room for dressing limited to size of the sweep of the door so it was a tight fit for my large husband. Would not be able to get a walker in the bathroom. Have replaced bar soap with wall attached dispensers. Nice quality soap and conditioner but not able to reach dispenser when you are taking a bath. Highly recommend if looking for a place to stay on a budget."

"Clean room, other than a sticky area on floor near fridge. Beds were comfortable. Fridge didn’t cool great, but sufficed. Convenient access to room via coded door lock. Easy access from interstate. AC was good once we figured out the controls. For the price, I would recommend. "

"This hotel had a very large price to value complex. We paid $100+ for a hotel room, at a nearly empty hotel, for a dirty room with an odor. The bed was squeaky, the walls were damaged, the elevator stunk, and we could hear so many loud noises from the rooms around us."

"Lots of warnings and notices as I made the reservation and checked in and entered the room. But the room had a heavy marijuana smell that hit me in the face as I stepped in. And so did the next room they gave us. Finally the third room they gave us, which was marked with "non-smoking" placards inside the room and out in the hall, only smelled of tobacco, and they had added some kind of sweet, spicy deodorizer to help with the problem. It was late at night and we were considering going home but that room was acceptable enough. You could tell the tobacco smell was there but it wasn't overwhelming. So we stayed. In the middle of the night, maybe 2 or 3 AM, my wife was awakened by new marijuana odors from the hall. This was the biggest issue of the stay for us, even bigger than having to carry our luggage up and down the stairs 5 times until we got the room situation right (No elevator). Also the smell of curry was the first impression we got when we stepped into the lobby. This was a Quality Inn. "

"Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve been wiped down. Ample amount of towels and I appreciate that as we even were able to ask for more with zero pushback or having to bring our towels down and return for new ones. Breakfast was not good. Only complaint! It was like a 2 out of 10. Overall would stay again, but please fix the pool heater and ice machine on floor 3. It’s very inconvenient to go in the elevator down to 2 to get ice and there is only one elevator and it’s on the slower side. "
