"Staff was really nice. Hotel was ok but the heater in our room didnt work and it got pretty cold over night."

"I only stayed in the hotel for 1 night.But it was very nice to do very quiet, i was able to sleep very well. That night and I appreciated that I will be back in the future for sure. A great place to stay. Food was good for the breakfast. Overall, very nice, beautiful bedroom. Gorgeous bathroom loved it."

"Clean room and pleasant staff "

"Our room wasn’t fully clean. There was old food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There as also old sticking rings from leaked beverages in there as well. Our shower had a diet make on the white floor like someone stepped into it with their shoe. I told the from desk and showed picture proof. They offered to move us however we were unable to due to needed to be at and event at a scheduled time. I’d like to be compensated for this experience. The hotel manger said agreed that I should have one as well. However I booked though hotels.com so that would have to come from your company. "

"The hotel was clean and our room was great. The front desk worker when we checked in that night (late) was great. The worker in the morning...not as much. The breakfast was not great. "

"Good breakfast and very clean hotel. Room was clean and beds good. Kept up well. Only recommendation is if you are light sleeper ask for room in opposite side of I55 as can be noisy. "

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped get us switched to a new room due to neighboring room having a person that snored extremely loud. "
