They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. "Do not stay in Room 211 unless you enjoy the noise of an elevator motor. Every single time it is used. All day and All night. Between that and our unflushed, unclean toilet when we arrived, it was disappointing. On the positive side the common areas were clean, the breakfast was good and the staff we met was very nice. "

"No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with."
