Very nice hotel, clean and beautifully maintained. The people here are so gracious and helpful. The rooms were great, slept so soundly. Highly recommended this location. Additionally, every person we encountered in York was wonderful and welcoming. York should be nominated as the friendliest town in Nebraska.

We always stop at a New Victorian on our way out West. Nice place to stay with our dog.

Night attendant is great. Morning one is grumpy. Slim breakfast. No one around to restock. Much of building needs repairs.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of care and cleanliness since we booked our stay online so was basically sight unseen. Upon arrival, we were a little anxious because the outside is a bit dated, but the room was well furnished and decorated as well as very clean. We would certainly recommend The Palmer House to anyone staying in or around York.

Great for a stop on a road trip. Very basic, comfortable stay at a good price. You check yourself in with a KeyCafe code sent to you in a text. No breakfast, coffeemaker in the room, along with a fridge and microwave

We just needed one night stay. It was perfect. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Room was clean. The facility is a little old, but that doesn't bother us. We just wanted a clean nice place to stay for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.
