"My stay at this Embassy property was very disappointing. I had reserved a premium room, but upon check‑in I was given a room on a lower floor that did not match what I booked. The room itself was not clean — the bed sheets had stains and the comforter was also dirty. When I brought these issues to the night manager’s attention, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He stated he only had one person working that night. On top of that, the beds were hard as bricks, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not stay here again."

"The room was so clean! Cleaner than any room I have ever stayed in. Parking was great right next to the room easy to load and unload the car. The staff was great super friendly gave us all the information we needed to know lots of options for shopping and other things nearby. I would have to say even though it looks like an older property it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in , especially with the cleanliness. "
