"Checking in at 11:45 PM was frustrating because Hotel.com apparently didn’t send the reservation to Fairfield and Fairfield didn’t have a room that our confirmation stated. After about 45 minutes Hotel.com agreed to pay for two non-adjourning rooms. Fairfield front desk did a nice job trying to get things right."
