"The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious. It was missing potatoes tho, but those waffles!! Hotel was extremely clean and modernized. The only complaint of my whole stay was the fact that the TV (and rest of the pier near the beds) turn off in the middle of the night. I’m a TV sleeper so every time the TV turned off I immediately woke up and struggled to get it back on. Despite that I would absolutely stay again! "

"The website says non smoking but that’s definitely not true. The staff was friendly enough, but the property is pretty terrible especially for the price. In the $50-$60 range I’d say it was fine; but it cost about $150 a night and isn’t worth that sorry."

"I couldn't get the blind to work and an outside light was out our window. So it was like daytime the whole night and I couldn't sleep. Kids were already sleeping so I couldn't request staff to come in to try to fix because it would wake them. "

"The front desk was very welcoming. I arrived very early and they tried to accommodate me ASAP. Happy hour was a nice extra. Breakfast was great. Very close to the Univ of Delaware. I have stayed there twice."

"Overall the room and staff were good. Room was clean. The bed was in need of being replaced. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Plenty of parking and was convenient to gas stations and breweries."

"The hotel fit our purpose of sleeping for one night. The hotel is old and outdated. It’s a good location across from the Univ of Delaware stadium. Parking was available. "
