"There was no hot water to shower and the lady that was at the front desk on May 15th around 9 pm wasn't very helpful on trying to fix the problem. "

"Room was basic. Tiny bottle of shampoo. Room felt humid. Were there for one day. Mikaela, the desk clerk, was friendly and quickly checked us in. The room was clean. Room had a refrigerator and stove top. Location is a plus. Near Cinemark and Main Event. "

"One of the elevators were broken, and it took forever to go up or down with only one working elevator. The rooms did not get completely dark at night, so fyi if you’re a sleeper that needs that like me. There are curtains, but they don’t cover the whole window."

"The elevator has a horrible stench like rotting mouse carcasses. The room leaked water and smelled like hidden mold. The internet and cable tv was a nightmare to deal with. Thier breakfast was a small cabinet with snacks and coffee. The coffee was good. Part of the reason why i stayed there was for the emenities advertized. When i asked for the cookware I was practically scolleded for wanting all that was advertised. Poor everything I can think of. Only parking was satisfactory. "

"The breakfast menu was good, plenty of parking, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sales manager was helpful as well, she tried to help us with accommodation but they were full. I would definitely stay here again. "
