my granddaughter left her glasses in the room when we left the staff kept looking until they found them thank you very much

The customer service is always great here. I will not stay anywhere else when I travel into Omaha, NE

We have stayed here several times when visiting the area. I will continue to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Need more bath linens per 24/period..................

The room and overall service was pretty good. Staff were very cooperative and the area seemed to be safe.

The only thing I didn’t like is the property needs more parking.

Great location with some fast food and restaurants near by. A short drive to everything.

I have a large family ranging from 11 months to 14 years. They were so well received. We all enjoyed the pool, the breakfast buffet (especially the cinnamon buns - my husband had two), and the unbeatable proximity to the arena.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff!! Loved the game area. Pool was a little chilly and breakfast was ok but would stay here again!!!!

Great hotel, loved my stay. My only complaint is I stayed 4 nights and they only refreshed the room 1 time. And the body wash soap run out and was not changed during my 1 and only refresh.

I read the other reviews looking for a hotel that was very clean and knew the area that was a nice area for getting to the interstate, but also having nice shops around it. And the reviews did not lie, it was very clean and just what I needed With price, safe area and a comfy room.
