"This is my second year staying at this hotel. The staff were helpful. However, there was a noticeably a difference in the condition of the hotel. The hallways were meek and dark. The carpeting did not appeared to be clean. Although the bed was quite comfortable, the bathroom especially the ceiling needed repairs. The paint was bubbling and peeling away. The shower was never above luke warm except once in the middle of the day. Lastly, we had guests above us two separate nights that made so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. Although the front desk went to their room; the guest never came to the door. When I inquired about moving rooms; I was told that there were no other rooms open. I asked to have the manager address it and contact me. I was told to reach out via a “chat box” online. The young man at the desk said they lived out of state and could not contact them. This was quite disappointing."
