"The casino is very clean. The room was very clean. It was adequately staffed. We enjoy the soaking tub in the cedar suite. There’s been some improvements that are nice to see. "

"The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. "
