"I made a reservation in the morning. I arrived at 10:30PM at night. Room was not ready. Cleaning woman was in room and said it was a mess. I asked for another room. They gave me another room for disabled. Very confusing."

Also, housekeeping staff was talking loudly right outside our door starting at 7:30 am. They knocked on our door at 8:00 am to clean. We only stayed one night and were traveling from a different time zone. Son was asleep. Seemed early and odd."
