The guest above us kept getting up throughout the night and kept stamping. This lasted into the early hours of the morning I’m not sure what was their problem. The heating system was noisy as well. Despite the noise issued expressed, the hotel was okay."

"Our room looked as though it was not cleaned. I had to ask for all new bedding due to ours being dirty when checking in. There were toenails all over the floor and it was dirty. I really don’t think our room was cleaned before check in. Very disappointed due to the price I spent. "
