"We had a very good stay at Zenstay in Amsterdam! Even though it is a self check-in property, the property manager personally waited for us and helped us with the check-in process, which was extremely kind and appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s about 25–30 minutes from the city center, but overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our time there!"

Anwar was especially helpful and knowledgeable when asked any questions of local attractions and restaurants. "I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "

"Lovely quiet place to stay not far from Amsterdam, and an appealing little area surrounding. The area literally smells like chocolate due to the factory! Short 5 minute walk and you’re at the windmills of Zaanse Schans and various educational places regarding the areas history. Really lovely rooms, the patio was lovely to have access too! Only issue was noisy people in a room above, but the staff were quick attend to this, they also offered a room change should we want to, which we didn’t do in...
