"A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. "Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."
