Beautiful hotel that is close to a bus line to get into the city. The views and accommodations make this a wonderful place to stay.

It was very hard to get to the hotel. Google, Waze did not locate it. Upon arrival Ricardo confirmed this problem. The hotel is excellent! Super clean, confortable, modern decor. Their breakfast is really good. The staff were all friendly, professional and kind. I would dfinetly recommend this hotel.

GREAT PLACE

We came to this hotel unexpectedly and were so happy we found it. The staff are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, accommodating, effective, welcoming. We arrived due to my wife having emergency surgery in Siena, we were supposed to be in Venice, and this hotel staff went to work making sure we were taken care of. Beautiful property with large rooms, parlors, great staff, great restaurant, etc. We arrived late and the kitchen was closed, but they made one call and re-opened it for us and served an amazing meal with late night enthusiasm on a beautiful deck. The rooms were large, nice baths and very comfortable beds. The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Nicest hotel that we stayed at in Italy. Exceptional service and they strive to be upscale and deliver. Impeccable views, grounds, rooms, and restaurant. Almost felt too nice to be true-- blend of older style with new updates. A bit Disney-fied in feel that it seems to cater to mostly Americans and few locals. However, this means no hassles, broken fixtures, etc. (but it is a very different feel like a California spa vs. an old Italy village hotel). Only minor note is that it is a bit removed...

Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. The hotel restaurant was amazing. Great food and price. Great hotel, free parking, modern and clean place. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. They certainly went out of their way to help us.

$10 cab ride from the train station. Beautiful old villa, completely remodeled. Professional staff.

Staffs/ receptionist are all great. They speak English w/c is rare in this part of town. They are very helpful especially Antonetta & Miguellena. Buffet breakfast, they have laundry area, bar and restaurant. Rooms are decent and clean. There is an old church at the back, but it was closed when we went there.

This was an incredibly beautiful property with an amazing staff. It is so peaceful and serene. Only a few things irritated us. They need a qualified bartender and a bell man. The cobble stone hill made it difficult to hall luggage from the gravel parking lot. With that being said, I would do it over again. It was one of my most favorite locations.

The facilities are well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the setting in the Tuscan countryside is wonderful. Very peaceful and serine. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect, being just far enough away from the daily crowds in the town of San Gimignano, but close enough to visit before 10 AM and after dusk. Unexpected treasure. 20 minute walk from San Gimignano. Service is 1st class. Had to move rooms because of a last minute change and hotel staff stored and moved luggage and drove car and loaded luggage from room. Staff gave great recommendations on wineries.
