Amazing location and a beautifully kept mountain lodge. Couldn't be any closer to the rock walls of the mountains. Make sure to call ahead and reserve your dinner spot if you won't be there before 6:00 pm or you'll miss out.
A small, but very clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were already on the table with many choices. A hot dish can be ordered. I hope food items not selected from the platters are not disposed of, as it would be in the States. That's why food trays are not placed on US breakfast tables in the manner done here.
The hotel has great views and sits high above the valley floor. Check-in was a breeze and done online. Room keys were in a lockbox that getting settled quick and easy. We had to depart the second morning before breakfast but they made a plate for us to take with us, super staff. Overall a great experience.
We stayed for two nights when we were hiking in the area. Rooms were small but clean, area was quiet and safe. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the hotel was a short walk into town where there were other good restaurants and some shopping.
It was far away but it was surprisingly beautiful, with a great view, very comfortable, clean and the staff was wonderful! It was a great experience! We fully recommend it.
The location is absolutely stunning and the apartments are simple, clean, and well appointed for prepping meals at home (just note there are zero spices or oils so in addition to your food, you will need to bring any seasonings with you). Beautiful room with tall ceilings and comfortable bed. The hotel is nice and right next to the church. It was very cold and they don't have heat in the summer so Maria at the front desk let me borrow her personal space heater to help me. She was amazing! Great restaurant as well.
