"Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

"到着時ドアマン、ベルスタッフがいず荷物が多い私たちはチェックインカウンターまで荷物を運ぶ事に。施設の老朽化が進んでいて、部屋のシャワーのでお湯が出なかったり洗面ボールの栓が壊れていて水が貯められなかったり漏水もあった。1日利用できるレストランは2つしかなく、選択肢がなかった。苦情をいいアップグレードしてもらった。ただロケーションは素晴らしくホテルの規模も大きいので、サービスが充実し施設の改修など進めば良いホテルなのだと思う。"
