This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. Wow where do I begin, I've been traveling Italy for a year and this was easily my favorite stay!
Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...
A uniquely designed villa, David Hockney inspired ( bright colors flow with music). So clean that I thought we were the first users ( turns out it was reconstructed 5 years ago).
We had to leave very early ( 7:15) for our flight, so the owner woke up very early to serve us the excellent breakfast. Glad we didn’t miss it. It was delicious

This is an amazing place with lots of nature. Very helpful and kind family and caretakers of the place. Taxi is difficult here but they were able to manage us get one.

The staff was really nice gave us ideas of things to do. Made us feel like family. The dinner was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. They have plenty of parking. Finding it was not the easiest but GPS will get you there.
We loved the large outdoor lap swimming pool and enjoyed buying beverages and food poolside. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included espresso drinks to order. Their on-site reatiwas truly special, both regarding food and service.
This is an excellent property. The house keeper are extremely nice and courteous. The only feedback I have is that the manager could have given us better instructions of how to get to the property before our arrival . Other than that, everything is excellent
This was a great location for an overnight stay before boarding our cruise ship. We were able to fly into Rome, catch a train to Saint Marinella and find our way to the hotel with no trouble.
This hotel Is perfect for taking a cruise. It is a 2 minute walk to the cruise port entrance. Luca greeted us when we checked in and arranged dinner reservations and was there to say goodbye in the morning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. A/C works great!

Nice old villa with excellent pool, deck and patio area with view to lake in the distance. Location in town was surprising as photos left me with the impression it was in a more rural setting. Private free parking inside gate to property included. Impressive Italian breakfast with a myriad of cakes, cornetti, etc, juice, cappuccino made to order etc. Room could use newer furniture and upgrading...pretty bland but clean. Mattress could be much better... especially in this age of rather...
Cute old hotel in close walking relation to the train station, many restaurants and the castle. The hotel is old and it shows but that is what we were expecting in this quaint town outside of Rome. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and good. Well worth the nominal charge for the night.
We enjoyed our stay!!! Cute 1 BR apartment with beach access directly across the street- perfect!! Walking distance to train station (5-6min), grocery stores and restaurants within 10-15min. Cute little town!
