10/10 Excellent
"An amazing hidden gem! A lovely setting, the pub was great with a huge beer garden and play area and the hotel was lovely and clean and VERY quiet - we didnt hear other people inside or out on any of the 3 nights we stayed. Beer garden was right outside our window and very busy with families and kids playing football but could not hear a peep in the room. Room also had air con but wasnt very good, and we used our Shark fan we had brought from home knowing it was a hot weather week. We ate in the pub for dinner on arrival and enjoyed their Curry night offer. Would definitely stay here again if in the area."
"Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Absolutely recommend and would always stay here when visiting Lincoln. Really nice place with a great vibe. Modern, luxurious and worth the money."
"Great stay, good location and very helpful staff especially in the bar and restaurant area. Slow to check in and have to pay for parking but apart from that a lovely stay and would come again. "
"Great stay - comfortable beds, breakfast was tasty and the bathroom was super clean. Only slight issue was the room got hot but it was 25°C outside so understandable. Would stay again"
