"The Hotel did not allow the guest to check in because they do not know anything about Expedia. I need a full refund of the money I paid. While overall the property is clean and staff promptly attend to needs, I was told certain incorrect things and unnecessarily paid extra and the property avoided refunding me where justified. ...
