"Great heritage hotel !!! We do not get service like this in the USA!!!! From the time we arrived the staff was engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. So many little things made out stay memorable. "Room which supposed to be allocated to me was given to some one else & that room was allocated to me on next day. When I claimed they told me that there's some wrong information in the booking order. Also bathroom tape was leaking."
