"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I travel frequently and rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable on multiple levels. The room was not properly equipped—there was a mug and coffee condiments, but no kettle, boiler or coffee maker (?). More concerning, the room itself appeared unfinished, with missing wood paneling around the door. It genuinely felt like I was placed in a room that should not be available to guests. The staff offered to change rooms (no upgrade), but since it was late in the evening, I refrained from re-packing and move elsewhere. The most serious issue was that the air conditioning was also not working throughout the entire hotel rooms. This was not disclosed in advance, and staying in those conditions was extremely uncomfortable. The only “solution” offered by staff was a "credit for a future stay", which is completely inadequate given the circumstances. At no point should a hotel operate under these conditions while continuing to accept bookings without clear disclosure. This falls far below even basic hospitality standards. For context, I have stayed nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn (5min away) and had a completely different, far more professional experience. The only reason this is not a one-star review is the decent breakfast selection. Otherwise, this stay was a complete failure and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. "

"This hotel is nice and quiet place. Very comfortable bed. But in the bathroom the flow of the water is miserable, you can't just take a nice hot shower at the end of the day. But still I think it's a nice place. "

"Everything about this hotel is amazing. Great stay. The only exception is the shuttle service. The shuttle drop off/pick up is approximately 30 meters outside the hotel. So you may walk 30 meters in the rain or cold between the shuttle drop off/pick up and hotel. In my case, I arrived when it was rainy. On departure, I waited in the cold for more than 30 minutes for the airport shuttle."

"Good location, staff was friendly and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. My room was next to the staff-restaurant door so it was pretty noisy from around 5 am. "

"Great rooms, great amenities, everything is generally great but on this visit, I requested a wake-up call as I had to catch an early flight. The wake-up call never came though I stressed its importance. Thankfully, my sixth sense startled me awake at just the right time. For an airport hotel, I would hope that this would be a "sure thing". Otherwise, very good"
