"The hotel location is very good. The beach is sand. Rooms are OK for the families. Animation team is perfect every day live music and a show in the hotel. Also disco is at the beach so there’s no music in your room. For a very nice soups are very good. You can take your Coke spite and the others by yourself we like it. Another thing is a car park. It’s very big. The hotel is very good for the families. Thank you."

Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know...

Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please...
