Breakfast à la carte is uninspired but the buffet is no better than what is offered at mediocre hotels - including the bread is in plastic serving bags. Very little is fresh and it is far better to go out into ElCentro and eat at one of the many breakfast restaurants within a five minute walk. "

"The property is centrally located in the historic area of SLP. The room was well furnished and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place. The Smart room control features for the lights was a pain to do. I would rather flip a switch. "

"I just woke up around 7 am the housekeeper just walked in to my room with her key to unlock the door without even knocking I stood in my room undressed she said oh excuse me! I’m like excuse you what the hell were you thinking entering my room without knocking on the door first. ? Ive stayed in plenty of hotels this is the time I’d ever experience this one before "
