"First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs, solar and other energy/resource saving measures. We felt safe throughout the trip and there is 24hr security on site"

"If you are visiting lomas de Ángelopolis neighborhood, this hotel has a perfect location It used to be a very good facility, however all the furniture, finishing and decor hasn’t been upgraded. It shows the effect of time. Main door lock wasn’t working properly. Desk clerks were having meals while attending guests. "

"I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "
