"In our experience, this is a good place to stop for a safe, clean, quiet night and good breakfast. Staff is always friendly and polite. Amenities are close by. This time however there was a smell of citrus air freshener on the top sheet. Since I am "artificial" smell averse, I found it unpleasant. I did bring it up with staff. If air freshener MUST be used then spraying closer to the floor and avoiding bed sheets and pillows is imperative. Avoiding all frebreeze type freshners is strongly recommended. "

Très insatisfait pour la chambre réservé pour 4 adultes et un enfant pour une nuit, notre toilette était bloqué et ont nous as dis que la maintenance commençait seulement à midi le lendemain. Aucune effort pour nous donner une autre chambre et les lits étaient très inconfortable. Se sera notre dernière fois pour cet hitel"

"Room was mostly clean, found a few hairs left in the bathroom. The shower didn’t work properly, and as a result the lower faucet got water everywhere. Small size was perfect for just one person, and staff answered the phone - I didn’t know ahead that it’s a virtual check in (phone in rather than anyone being at the location), so I was a bit confused"

"Room was very clean and the connection to the convention hall was perfect. Glass window wall was so hot which made the room hot only downfall"
