"テラスからの眺めがとても良かったです。部屋も広くて快適でした。テレビが不調だったことと、テフロンの鍋にフタがなくて、テフロンではない薄い鍋でご飯を炊くことになったことがちょっと残念でした。洗濯機と乾燥機付きだったのは、とてもありがたかったです。"

"清潔感があります。ホテルの部屋とは違う解放感があります。付帯設備は使い易いです。 名護市からやや離れた住宅地にあり、とても静かな環境です。 場所が分かりづらいので、もう少し案内が適切であった方が良いです。タブレットによるチェックインは最初戸惑います。 滞在期間中の外気温が13℃〜15℃、沖縄としてはかなり寒く、エアコンの暖房が1階リビングは殆ど効かない(吹き抜けになっているためだと思いますが、2階は各部屋にエアコンがあり全く問題なし)のでかなり寒かったです。1年の中でも一番寒い時期だったので仕方ありません。ベッドの布団はかなり温かく熟睡できました。 炊飯器が常備されている筈でしたがありませんでした。お米を持って行きましたが、他に炊飯できるような鍋釜がなく、フライパンの蓋もないので炊飯は諦めました。炊飯器がある旨の記載は直ぐに削除すべきです。 その事以外は何ら不都合はなく、非常に快適に過ごせましたので、再訪したい宿泊施設でした。"

"Overall very good experience with the property, spacious and clean. Not really able to reach the exact location via google map but the property provided a map for you to locate the house. It is easier to locate it during day time."

"Each room has its own parking space, which I think is great. The room has two single beds, a small kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a private balcony. Opposite the balcony is the Nago Pineapple Garden. I will visit again next time."

"We had an excellent stay at New Normal Hotel in Nago. The room was immaculately clean and spacious for two. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus and we still had a decently spacious bathroom. In addition there is free parking and a great Izakaya across the street! Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when we travel back to Nago. "

"The condo is very near to the Churaumi aquarium which is the main attraction in this area. The rooms are quite spacious although the toilets are tiny. We didn’t see any staff over our 3 nights’ stay. "

"After the first night, housekeeping only replenished the towels and emptied the bins, but did not make up the beds. On the second day, the situation was even worse — nothing was done at all, despite the ‘Please clean up’ sign being hung on the door. Hotel's location was good and the view was nice ."
