"We found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had a lower floor apartment (on request) which was well appointed and spotless. Having a laundry option was important to us as we were staying for 7 days over Christmas. The pool facilities were also an incentive for booking. "I only stayed for one night in this hotel but the experience is very good. Rooms are large and clean. All amenities are provided include a full kitchenette, ironing board and washer dryer. Location is good as it is near the docks. Check in is smooth and good. Will definitely consider this hotel if I am staying in the city. "

Could do with a few more of the basics, eg T towels, washing up liquid, clothes etc. Nice to have a small outside balcony area. Excellent shower. Modern microwave and washing machine. Front entrance closed late at night so to gain entry to the building you need to use the side entrance on the right hand side."
