"Very nice hotel! The room and the hotel overall were clean and fresh, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very central in Cannes and just a few meters from the sea and the beach. The rooftop terrace with the pool and bar is also a big highlight and a great place to relax. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cannes."

"The location was perfect! Two blocks from the station and the beach and easy walk to old town. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming (we even got early check in). Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. But the room and hotel in general were a bit rundown and in need of some repairs and updating. Eg the window to our room wouldn’t close properly and we could not adjust the AC. But I would probably stay here again because for me the positives outweighed those few negatives. "
